Who We Are
LARCA is a Los Angeles County-based, 501(c)(3) non-profit membership association representing more than 420 state-licensed Adult Residential Facilities (ARFs) and Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly (RCFEs) and over 18,000 low-income adult residents living with serious mental illness and / or a co-occurring disorder.

LARCA members are committed to providing quality care and housing, filling a critical need in the Los Angeles County continuum of services for those who are at serious risk of experiencing homelessness.
Our Mission
To serve our members and the community, we champion resources for State-licensed adult residential facilities and their residents. We build increased public awareness and support for housing and health solutions that serve vulnerable, low-income adults, and the elderly, living with Serious Mental Illness, and co-occurring disorders.
Our Vision
To act as the voice for State-licensed Adult Residential Care Facilities (ARFs) and Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly (RCFEs) , delivering advocacy, education and training on behalf of our members and residents.
